Our work in this area will focus on developing an accessible network of places with the right quality and capacity to meet the needs of sport. We will continue to work with partners to plan strategically and invest in facilities at all levels from school and community sport through to club and high performance sport, where the need and impact is greatest and the outcomes are clear. We will use our statutory planning function to protect and improve places where sport happens.
