Joining instructions

These will be sent to you on receipt of your application. If you require details or further information, please telephone 0845 126 0664. Notes to coaches, leaders and teachers can be viewed by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.

Cancellations

sportscotland reserves the right to cancel any course offered, at any time and for any reason, up to a date two weeks before the course commences. If such a cancellation is necessary, participants for the course may transfer to other available courses or receive a full refund of any money paid.

sportscotland can accept no responsibility should a course be affected by adverse weather conditions.

Insurance

You are strongly advised to take out personal holiday insurance in case you are unable to attend the course through injury or for personal reasons. You should also insure personal belongings and equipment, as this is not included in the course fee.

Customer care

Our customer care statement is displayed at Reception in the Main House and in the Sports Hall.

We aim to be professional, efficient, courteous and accountable in all that we do. We endeavour to provide value for money, while aiming to maximise income from other sources; to regularly keep staff and customers informed of our services and performance and to actively involve customers and staff in contributing to the decisions being made.

If you have any suggestions on how things can be done better, please complete one of our comment/suggestion forms.
