Golf Tuition Breaks

If you are serious about improving your golf game then a visit to one of our tutorial golf breaks is a must.

The one or two day golf breaks are delivered by Graham Ross who is a vastly experienced and respected coach having taught the game for over 25 years.

The Teaching Facility

The teaching facility is situated in the scenic ground of the sportscotland National Centre Inverclyde, Largs. These excellent facilities include:

  • 1,500 square metre arena green
  • 8 covered practice bays
  • 5 practice holes
  • Huxley all weather putting green

1 day break itinerary

10:00  Arran Lounge - Welcome coffee and introduction
10:15  Golf Facility - Light warm-up followed by swing technique with video assessment
11:30  Short game technique including chipping, pitching and putting.
12:30  Lunch
13:30  Video analysis
14:00  Swing technique/swing changes
14:45  Bunker shots
15:15  Driving and fairway metals
16:00  Relax and time to reflect with a refreshment in the Arran Lounge

2 day break itinerary

Day One

10:00  Arran Lounge - Welcome coffee and introduction
10:15  Golf Facility - Light warm up followed by swing technique with video assessment

13:30  Video Analysis
14:00  Swing technique/swing changes

10:30  Skills test (competitive practice)
11:30  Trouble shooting (working on a specific area of your game)

Residential options

Standard residential overnight break includes bed and breakfast and accommodation at the centre. There is a £56 supplement per room based on two sharing. Dinner in-house costs £8.75 (3 courses).

Premium residential overnight break includes lunches, dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation at the excellent 4 star Brisbane House Hotel situated only one mile from the centre. There is a £79 supplement per room based on two sharing. Dinner at the Brisbane House Hotel costs £9.95 (2 courses). Transportation to and from the hotel will be provided at no extra cost.
