Having undertaken Screening of the above Plan in accordance with the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005 (‘the Act’), sportscotland hereby Determines, under Section 8(1) and applying the criteria specified in Schedule 2 of the Act, that the Plan is likely to have the potential for significant environmental effects. The Plan therefore requires to be subject to Strategic Environmental Assessment under the terms of the Act.
