Summary The visa requirements for entry into the UK are changing from 27th November 2008. The changes mean that any governing body who wishes to employ people from outwith the EU (or who's clubs wish to do so), need to be registered as sponsors with the Home Office. This process can take some time, so if this effects you then please sign up ASAP. For further information on the new visa system and regulations for sports people entering the UK please see the attached briefing notes and code of practice.
