Levelling the playing field:Strategic Plan for the distribution of Lottery monies 1999-2003

Summary sportscotland is shaping its activities to address the needs of sport in Scotland as set out in Sport 21. This strategy for the distribution of the Lottery Fund in Scotland complements what sportscotland is undertaking with its grant-in-aid; the activities of its partners; and the programmes of other Lottery distributors. Further, it takes account of the Government’s priorities of social inclusion, of education and health, especially regarding children and young people: it is levelling the playing field.
