Single Equity Scheme

Summary Under the Disability Discrimination Act 2005, from 4 December 2006, sportscotland has a general duty to promote equality of opportunity between people with a disability and other people. As part of this Act, we are also required to produce a Disability Equality Scheme. Our Disability Equality Scheme is incorporated within our Single Equity Scheme, which sets out how we will promote disability, gender and race equality.
