The individual Scottish governing body profiles are ‘live’ documents which cover the last four year period 2007 – 2011, and will be added to and developed during the next four year period 2011 – 2015. The 2007 – 2011 period includes key facts and figures and sportscotland commentary against the areas of Governance, Development and Performance. The 2011 – 2015 section includes sportscotland commentary against the areas of Governance, Development and Performance. When investment agreements are completed with individual sports, the levels of investment and four year outcomes will be added.
At this stage the seventeen sports that will be part of the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games have been included. A similar approach will be undertaken with the Olympic / Paralympic only sports which will be fully reviewed in the Autumn of 2012 after the Olympic / Paralympic Games with commitments then made for the next four year Olympic / Paralympic cycle 2013 – 2017.
sportscotland will agree appropriate time periods with any non Commonwealth, Olympic and Paralympic sports and follow the same process.
