Boccia Club Dundee Enabler

Dundee Boccia Club was set up in 2002 to promote Boccia which is mainly played by people with a disability. The club has had great success winning Club of the Year and we have several members playing at national level. Boccia is similar to French Boules and can be played from a sitting position. Our membership ranges from 9 -70 years old and from mild learning disability to profound physical disability. The Club is mainly run by parent volunteers and is affiliated to Dundee City Council Disability Sport. We would like to encourage new volunteers who would be given training in coaching Boccia. The volunteers would promote the club as well as befriending and enabling everyone to enjoy Boccia.
