Applications are now open for the recruitment for our new Dive Coach Trainee Programme. This initiative allows people 16 plus with no formal qualifications or experience of diving the opportunity to gain employment whilst also training, learning, and gaining the essential qualifications to become a new Lead Dive Coach for us. The initial training is 12 hrs per week paid over a 13-week period, after this training you will then become a qualified Dive Coach where we are able to offer various and flexible contracts.

Compulsory Training dates/times:
- Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th and Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th of June - Royal Commonwealth Pool - Diving Level 1 Qualification
- Monday 15th to Friday 19th of July 08:00 – 17: 00 - Portobello High School - National Pool Lifeguard qualification
- 12th, 13th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th & 20th August - Royal Commonwealth Pool - Diving Level 2 Qualification

Assessment date: Monday 13th of May 2024
Other hours are negotiable (to a certain extent) and will be confirmed prior to acceptance onto the Programme.
